Description Ferdinand Gassauer 2001-03-19 08:11:59 UTC
(*** This bug was imported into bugs.kde.org ***)

Package:           kspread
Version:           1.1 (using KDE 2.1.9 >= 20010310)
Severity:          wishlist
Installed from:    compiled sources
Compiler: gcc version 2.95.2 19991024 (release)
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.2.18
OS/Compiler notes:

Hi!
it would be VERY nice to have the possibility to call the kspread formula editor recursively in each of the lines of the edit tab by placing the "function icon" right of the line to be edited.
This would greatly enhance the functionality.

AND !!

a "reverse engeneering function" (Zoom) to display and edit cell formulas similar to what I described above.

Solving a problem for my daugther I realized that the usual "one line" display of more complicated nested formulas is NOT comprehensible even for talented and interested people.
