Can be closed, it was in 2010 with KDE 4.4.0, I use neither Konqueror nor KDE atm, and as the screenshot is not hosted anymore, I don't even remember what this was and how the feature worked. Also this was a feature request accidentally posted as a "bug" if I read it well, sorry for that.
