Description Daniel 2010-02-12 02:46:39 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.3.4)
Installed from: Debian testing/unstable Packages

When using a dark colorscheme, such as Obsidian Coast, and the Default Style Sheet in Konqueror, web pages that do not supply text and/or background color information in their stylesheet are often difficult to read.

For example, look at this screenshot of ebay.com: http://xs.to/image-291D_4B74B17F.jpg

Konqueror's Default Style Sheet is obviously getting the background color from the current colorscheme, which is nice except when a site like Ebay sets a font color but not a background.

The same would also happen if a web site specified a light background color but no foreground color.

Since the vast majority of websites have a dark font color and a light background color, I propose that Konqueror's Default Style Sheet use static values for "color" and "background" rather than setting them based on the current colorscheme.
