You don't have to confirm bugs for every minor new version, this bloats the comment section.
Most times it is enough to just confirm for yourself that this bug still occurs and if it doesn't you can close it or ask if it still does for someone else, it might be helpful to confirm it maybe every 1,5 years.
It is very unlikely though that it goes away without someone actively fixing it.
