What I was doing when the application crashed:
1) As regular user, launched dolphin from KDE favourite menu
2) Navigated to target directory to copy file to
3) Used a device notifier plasmoid to open another dolphin window to the dvd with the avi file on
4) right clicked on avi file and crash occured
