Application that crashed: kpackagekit

What I was doing when the application crashed:
Opened KPackageKit, selected kernel and kernel headers updates, clicked "Apply".  Querying window appeared, then disappeared.  Normally nothing happens (this has happened several times with the same set of packages), but in this instance I got a crash report window.
