Version: (using KDE 4.3.3) OS: Linux Installed from: Gentoo Packages To reproduce, create a disconnected IMAP receiving account called "Test account". Then right click on the icon for the account in the left hand pane of kmail and select "Delete folder", clicking "Delete" in the confirmation window. Now you will see that the folder that you used to have named "Inbox" is now named "Test account". How can I fix this so that my Inbox gets renamed to what it should be? Thanks.
Also, if this doesn't work the first time, try repeating it again but this time restarting kmail after creating the receiving account and after restarting kmail, try deleting that account. This is a very strange bug.
Thank you for taking the time to file a bug report. KMail2 was released in 2011, and the entire code base went through significant changes. We are currently in the process of porting to Qt5 and KF5. It is unlikely that these bugs are still valid in KMail2. We welcome you to try out KMail 2 with the KDE 4.14 release and give your feedback.
