In Digikam there are some menu options missing - sharpen etc. I use czech version.

Talking about the image editor?
Did you ensure that the imageplugins are properly installed and from the same version as your digikam package? For sharpen this is /usr/lib64/kde4/digikamimageplugin_core.so

I'm pretty sure this is a duplicate of bug 224016. Petr, can you confirm this?

Well it looks like it is a duplicate. I am not able to get the logs but behavior is the same as in 224016.
