- Do you have Nepomuk and Strigi enabled in SystemSettings/Advanced/DesktopSearching ?
This is likely to be bug 208921
Regards
Comment 2 greg.freemyer 2010-02-05 15:54:24 UTC
I have both enabled.

I never use either one as far as I know, so I'll disable them since the other bugzilla is in place.
Comment 3 Helder Ribeiro 2010-02-22 02:55:43 UTC
Same thing here. And it crashes even after disabling Desktop Search and killing nepomuk by hand.
Comment 4 Dario Andres 2010-02-26 17:14:49 UTC
@Helder: which KDE SC version do you use ?
Comment 5 Helder Ribeiro 2010-02-26 19:20:51 UTC

> @Helder: which KDE SC version do you use ?
KDE 4.2.4, Kubuntu Jaunty
Comment 6 Dario Andres 2010-02-26 19:22:27 UTC
@Helder: that version is a bit old, and you are probably experiencing a different crash. If you can still reproduce crashes on KDE SC 4.3.5 or 4.4.0, please open a new report. Regards
