How to reproduce:
1.
After starting KMail the main window title is "KMail". 
2.
Switching to a folder of an IMAP-Account, the title of the main window adapts to "account/inbox - KMail". 
3.
Switching to a folder of an Disconnected-IMAP-Account, the title is not changed, it still shows the wrong account and folder.

However, right click on such a folder->Properties->Maintenance->Rebuild...->Rebuild index->Current Folder triggers adaption of the window title. But, thats a very complex work-around ;)

Upgraded to 4.3.95, here it works as expected!
