Digikam fails to install the SimpleViewer plugin needed to export photo albums 
to Flash.

When selecting "Export --> Export to flash..."  the app asks for manually 
downloading the needed simpleviewer.zip file, but after selecting it, digikam 
states the installation has failed and nothing else.
