Version: 4.0.0 according to "about kompare"; exact: 4:4.3.2-0ubuntu1 (using KDE 4.3.2) OS: Linux Installed from: Ubuntu Packages under some circumstances, two files compared with quite some differences distributed over the file content do show correct visual difference output on order 1 of the file argument calls (kompare file1 file2) but only shows a single difference on the beginning of the file when arguments are reversed: kompare file2 file1.
Created attachment 40357 [details] zip contains two files as compare sources see the huge difference between comparison both files in order and in reverse order...
As this is with version 4.3.2, this must be what I fixed in: http://websvn.kde.org/?view=revision&revision=1033955 This is already fixed in 4.3.3 and any later version (4.3.2 is the only one which shipped with this bug).
