Description Yura 2010-01-29 14:09:57 UTC
Version: 4.3.95 (using Devel)
Installed from: Compiled sources

KDE 4.3.95 (RC2)
I download, compile and install libgcal. After this i delete folder libgcal from ~/Desktop (folder was removed without errors), but when i logout and login, i saw that folder not deleted. I researched folder and i saw that don't deleted files in ~/Desktop/libgcal-0.9.3/build/src/CMakeFiles/gcal.dir/. Other files and directories have been removed. I was try delete this folder from root, i was try kill xserver and delete this folder from consol, i try check file system e2fsck, but when i logout and login or reboot this folder reappears. This magic?

I don't see how this is a KDE problem if you've tried to delete the folder outside of KDE and that also doesn't work.

This filder appers when i login in KDE. I was delete folder, reboot, look in ~/Desktop from console (whith out login in KDE) folder is empty. I reboot three times, folder is always empty. But when i login in kde folder appears again! Folder does not appear immediately, but 2-3 seconds after the desktop appears.

This bug of akonadi googledata. I was install libgcal and googledata from source. Folders whis source are were on ~/Desktop. May be akonadi was created folder libgcal on ~/Desktop. I was deleted googledata from akonadi, deleted all akonadi config files, uninstall libgcal and googledata and was installed them from rpm packages. After this folder libgcal on ~/Desktop are not created.
