Description GvLists 2010-01-29 08:30:38 UTC
Version: 1.11.2 (using 4.2.2 (KDE 4.2.2), Kubuntu packages)
Compiler: cc
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.28-17-generic

Thanks to all working behind this project. I am using IMAP. This is a minor bug and many users may not experience this. I kept my kmail client open overnight. People who leave their PC and Kmail open in an office is not uncommon. In the morning I see the date of arrival of previous days emails as 'today'. Emails arrived today morning are shown with today's date but not with the word 'today'. The day, displayed on the message list window is in error. The date and time shown on the message display window is correct. It would have been better if, when the day change occurs, i.e. at 12:00 midnight, the date/day (today, yesterday, last week etc) displayed on the message list window is also updated.

Thank you for taking the time to file a bug report.

KMail2 was released in 2011, and the entire code base went through significant changes. We are currently in the process of porting to Qt5 and KF5. It is unlikely that these bugs are still valid in KMail2.

We welcome you to try out KMail 2 with the KDE 4.14 release and give your feedback.
