Description Sebastian Schubert 2010-01-28 20:59:05 UTC
Version: 2.2.2 (using KDE 4.3.4)
Compiler: gcc version 4.3.4 (Gentoo 4.3.4 p1.0, pie-10.1.5)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Gentoo Packages

Sometimes playing of a song does not start at the beginning of the song but well after that (>40s). In the playlist, this effect is random and not specific for a song. As far as I can see, jumping fast back and forwards in a playlist increases the chance of triggering this behaviour. Despite this, I'm sorry, I found no pattern.

I only have flacs and use xinelib 1.1.17 which is also the phonon backend. Can I provide more information?

Cheers
