What I was doing when the application crashed:
The system, Ubuntu 9.10, was very very very extremely unresponsive (taking at times seconds for mouse cursor to move). To release memory and reduce the load, I started closing tabs. I keep clicking the close tab buttons (mostly on the tabs, not the button on the right upper corner if it makes a difference). Konqueror had no time to respond. Then it crashed.
