Version: (using Devel) Installed from: Compiled sources KDE 4.3.95 (KDE 4.4 RC2), Ubuntu. The Oxygen-Air theme seems to be the default theme for KDM (at least on Ubuntu). Unfortunately, with this theme, the session and shutdown options are not accessible via the keyboard, at least there is no discoverable shortcut to access them. So the user is forced to use the mouse to click the small icons. This is not good from an accessibility point of view. I know I can turn off themes or switch to another theme, but this is quite difficult for an inexperienced user. IMO, the default theme should be accessible out of the box.
If it is only Oxygen kdm theme that does not support tabbing to the options menu or the session menu (according to bug 224349) then we better reassign away from kdm before developers get angry ;)
I can confirm this on 4.8.90

KDM has been deprecated after KDE4.
