Description Giulio Malventi 2010-01-20 18:21:12 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.3.2)
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages

Apart from saving transfer time, zipping is sometimes useful when sending files to smartphones which don't have a "save to" option in the received messages application, as a way to save the received file to a different location. GNOME has this function, and it is quite practical.

Set as confirmed since I agree that will be nice to have that option.
