(Sorry for my bad english)
I try to know how hightlight do.
okular make a xml in its directory with review information.
I have 2 ideas.

1)Choose the possibility to save this xml in pdf's direcotory. as if i want trasfer in other computer is easy found the xml file.
Okular can find the xml in 2 places: in pdf's directory and in okular directory.

2)A special "save as" save pdf with hightlight in pdf format and not okular format for export to my friend without okular.

No, you use the document archive function, File -> Export as -> Document archive.
