Description Diederik van der Boor 2010-01-18 10:23:03 UTC
Version: 1.13.0 (using 4.3.90 (KDE 4.3.90 (KDE 4.4 RC1)) "release 212", KDE:KDE4:Factory:Desktop / openSUSE_11.2)
Compiler: gcc
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.31.8-0.1-desktop

Addresses I've just added to kadressbook are not visible in the composer.

How to reproduce:
- right click on an email header.
- select add to address book
- open composer
- select the address:
  a) type the new address (hope for autocompletion)
  b) press the 'select' button at the end.

In both situations, I couldn't find the newly added address.

This seems to be fixed in KDE 4.4.2 (KMail 1.13.2), at least I can't reproduce it.

NB: Autocompletion seems to work only if you type the address as it was added to your address book; eg. I added somebody who's From name is "COMPANY, His Name" and the name was completed only if I started to type COMPANY, not the first name.

Hmmm... might also be a dup of bug 227847 if this still happens (I don't have a KResource, only the new Akonadi Personal Addresses).
