* I hope, I found the right app where it has to be assigned.

Since multi-monitor support has improved in KDE4.4, I run KDE with 2 monitors showing different content. However there is no easy way to send a window to the other screen (appart from using drag & drop). It would be good if it would be possible to place a button in the window "title bar" which allow to send this window to another screen. I mean something like the button "keep this window on top".

There is a shortcut to send a window to another screen. I use ctrl+tab for that - I think that is more useful than a decoration button ;-)

Hmm, do you do something additional? When I try this, Konqueror crashes, Firefo switches between Tabs and other apps (e.g. Dolphin) do not react.
Appart from that I still think it is useful. Depending on the situation it it sometimes faster to click on something when you are using the mouse anyway.

You have to configure the shortcut - it is not set by default.

On my system (KDE 4.4.4 - Arch Linux) there is not such a shortcut available under the Buttons tab in the 'Look and feel of windows titles' KCM.

no button, this is what the bug was about. ther _is_ a shortcut.
"kcmshell keys", select kwin, filter for screen. there is :-)

I'm sorry, my fault. These shortcuts work indeed great! Having configured Meta + S for 'Window to Next Screen' both Firefox and Konqueror work just fine.

Adding a buttons for screens to the window decoration is not really useful and cannot be compared to the desktops. For desktops there is only a "on all desktops" button, but not one for "desktop1", one for "desktop2" and so on. Having a button for on all screens does not make any sense obviously. What would be needed is a drop down menu which would not fit into the decoration.

Therefore I mark as a duplicate of bug #269207 which requests to add screen support to the user actions menu (which makes sense).
