Description m.wege 2010-01-17 11:31:35 UTC
Version: (using Devel)
Installed from: Compiled sources

* I hope, I found the right app where it has to be assigned. *
Since multi-monitor support has improved in KDE4.4, I run KDE with 2 monitors showing different content. However there is no easy way to send a window to the other screen (appart from using drag & drop). It would be good if the context menu of the task bar would offer the possibility "send to [screen x]" if there is a multi-monitor-setup. If there are only 2 monitors the entry could be "Move to other screen"

Needs to be updated to as a request for plasma 5

Needed for apps like chromium who dont use native widgets thus dont have an icon to click for sending to another window, also its easier to use the taskbar menu then the small window icon especially on high resolution screens
