Here's the entry in the po file

#: browsers/playlistbrowser/PodcastCategory.cpp:239
#: browsers/playlistbrowser/DynamicCategory.cpp:70
msgid "On"
msgstr "Ein"

I think in this case "On" should be translated with "Am". What do you think?
Comment 3 Panagiotis Papadopoulos 2010-01-17 16:14:22 UTC
You could also translate it with "Datum", if the context "fits" (tbh I do not use Amarok, so I can't tell for sure :-))
Comment 4 Frederik Schwarzer 2010-01-17 17:11:48 UTC
Yes, both would work here.
But it is also important to notify the Amarok people (Lydia, you read this, right? :)) to make them add some context there for the future.
Comment 5 Frederik Schwarzer 2010-01-17 17:16:24 UTC
Umm, just in case. It looks like the two origins of the string migth mean different things.
browsers/playlistbrowser/DynamicCategory.cpp:70 is the checkbox where you can turn the dynamic playlisz "on", so we cannot change the string until there is context in Amarok source to distinguish the two strings.

I created a merge request on the Amarok Git repo:
http://www.gitorious.org/amarok/amarok/merge_requests/104

I hope the context I added is usefeul enough :-)
