Compiler:          i686-pc-linux-gnu-gcc
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.6.32.3

If I want report a bug of - say kcmopengl - I get from the KDE buzilla side :

Please submit the bug and select the package manually. 
"


Same happens for other components like kcmsolidproc.

"kinfocenter" itself however works.
