I think it was a good place for the setting.

For the first reporter: make another bug report as a wish for the theme selection as it's not the same topic. As for the wallpaper, if DrKonqi does not start you need to run plasma-desktop in gdb and get thebacktrace from there.

I also have read this "/home/diau/overlay.png" in konsole, when starting plasma-desktop from there.

The "/home/diau/overlay.png" debug output was a forgotten line embedded but has nothing to do with the crashes and was removed yesterday.
