Description Michal 2010-01-09 10:44:00 UTC
Version: neznámý (using 4.3.90 (KDE 4.3.90 (KDE 4.4 RC1)), Gentoo)
Compiler: i686-pc-linux-gnu-gcc
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.32-gentoo-r1

I can't allow the XRender. Although I allowed "Disable functionality check" it still writes failed to activate desktop effects. But when I activate this "manually" in kwinrc, there is no problem the XRender works fast without any problem.

It looks that "Disable functionality check" doesn't disable the check and also the check is too strict.

I use graphic card intel GMA950 with dualhead configuration => there is no DRI. This bug is in the KDE4.1-4.4
