Description LimCore 2010-01-08 02:12:01 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.3.2)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages

KMail Version 1.12.2 Using KDE 4.3.2 (KDE 4.3.2)
from Ubuntu 9.10:
ii kmail 4:4.3.2-0ubuntu6

100% reproducable.

Have an OpenPGP encrypted (and btw signed) email, that is encrypted to recipient X and Y and Z.
You have private key to X and Y, so you have two ways of decrypting the message.

You have key Y "opened" (the passphrase is cached) - so you can view/open emails encrypted to Y instantly now.

If you select this message to X, Y and Z, then kmail asks for passhprase to key X.
If you click cancnel, then it just shows the message (because it proceeds to try key Y and it realize Y is opened).

Expected behaviour: not ask for X if there is other matching key already opened.

Impact: really annoying, plese fix ;)
Reproducable: always

Thank you for taking the time to file a bug report.

KMail2 was released in 2011, and the entire code base went through significant changes. We are currently in the process of porting to Qt5 and KF5. It is unlikely that these bugs are still valid in KMail2.

We welcome you to try out KMail 2 with the KDE 4.14 release and give your feedback.
