WHEN:
- The first time (after boot) the system loads de pgadmin splash
and
- every time pgadmin loads a modal dialog (like when you close a query without saving the content or if you try to insert an invalid row)
WHEN NOT: plasma-desktop do not crash if i've loaded it using root account (pgadmin3 uses the normal user mode).
