Description Andrei ILIE 2010-01-05 02:24:38 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.3.4)
OS: Linux
Installed from: openSUSE RPMs

If one wants to view any of the following:
   Most hated bugs
   Most severe bugs
   Most often reported bugs
   Most wanted features
   etc

...there are being displayed all (hundreds of) entries on a single page (unnecessary wasting time an traffic). I suggest groupping those results in pages of, let's say, 100 entries / page and dispalying just the first page for the begining. Then the user could use the "prev / next" to browse through pages.

You could also let every user decide how many entries on page he / she wants in "Edit my Preferences".

Thx

I agree, but the bugzilla developers have decided to not implement pagination. Although you have prev/next buttons to browse through individual reports, it is not possible to use this in search results. We can limit the amount of bus listed on these pages. But choosing an arbitrary value would be a hard cut off. That's not your intention.

I guess best is to report a wish at the upstream bugzilla software and reopen whenever they have implemented that feature.

Thanks for reporting this bug, sorry it took a while to answer, but I'll have to close it now.
