Akregator in KDE 3.x used to distinctively format names of unread' feeds: rendering them bold and adding colored new articles' number in parenthesis. See http://dump.bitcheese.net/files/xakyjol/ak-good.png

In 4.x this is replaced with only the bold font of unread' feed. As result unread feeds are not so distinctive: http://dump.bitcheese.net/files/ravonec/ak-bad.png

I suggest adding an option to render unread feeds with other color.
