This is what now happens:
Home -> Places -> Helsinki -> Untagged images

Shows ALL untagged images

Expected behaviour
Home -> Places -> Helsinki -> Untagged images

Shows images that only have 'places' tag, but not tags from any other category.

This would allow me to find 'not fully tagged images' that might have only one category tagged.

(I'm sure someone might not agree on this but I'm still trying :)

Allow searching partially untagged images.

Change behaviour when browsing via keywords and then selecting "untagged
images": Instead of showing all untagged images, just show untagged
images within the current selection.
