Description Tomek 2010-01-01 14:27:23 UTC
Version: 1.0.0 (using Devel)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Compiled sources

Very often digiKam (and showFoto) reset my selected monitor profile to 'Monitor Profile From System Settings'. Then, I can't select it again, because monitor profile's listbox is disabled.
Sometimes helps deleting all digikam and showFoto config, but after next run, problem appears again.
My monitor profile is called 'hp6735s.icc' and was created by Argyll CMS with following command:
dispcal -q h -y l -v -o hp6735s.icc hp6735s

There were two smaller problems with loading the monitor profile set system-wide, they are fixed now. See here for the discussion which should also give you some better understanding of what is happening:
http://mail.kde.org/pipermail/digikam-users/2009-December/008944.html

See my mail from Dec 25th, use "xprop -root | grep ICC" to verify that your monitor profile is properly set by whatever tool you use for that.

If you have tested with current SVN or the coming 1.1 version, please reopen.
