This pdf http://www.fkii.or.kr/data/seminar/uploaded_files/06smartphone.pdf doesn't have any text on okular, but it has on adobe acrobat reader on windows.

Install the poppler data for CJK text.

Works OK for me with the distro Okular + poppler + poppler-data packages on Fedora 12. There might be a problem with the text layout on the first page (a couple of overlapping characters), possibly I need to update poppler.

Interestingly, it doesn't work for me using Acroread (on Fedora 12). I get a dialog saying "The Korean Language Support Package" is required to display this page properly. Under the current configuration, this resource is not available. You can download it from http://www.adobe.com/go/acroasianfontpack"
