Description Christian Ihle 2009-12-30 11:27:26 UTC
Application that crashed: krandrtray
Version of the application: 0.5
KDE Version: 4.3.4 (KDE 4.3.4) "release 2"
Qt Version: 4.5.3
Operating System: Linux 2.6.31.5-0.1-default i686
Distribution: "openSUSE 11.2 (i586)"

What I was doing when the application crashed:
After installing the binary nvidia legacy driver (v96.43.11) for my GeForce 2 MX400 I can not open Display in System Settings anymore. I noticed the error came from randr so I tried krandrtray too, and it gives the same segmentation fault.

I'm using a clean install of opensuse 11.2, with no tweaks to the display settings as far as I can remember.

 -- Backtrace:
Application: Resize and Rotate (krandrtray), signal: Segmentation fault

I forgot to mention that krandrtray starts normally, and I can right click on the icon in the tray just fine. But left clicking or right click and then click on configure display gives the crash.

For system settings it's enough to just open display.

The stack trace from system settings is:
