     Required for Get Hot New Stuff.


I dont want to Get Hot New Stuff. Why is this not an OPTIONAL requirement just like the rest of the Hot Stuff (tm)?

No longer relevant with Frameworks 5, since everything's now split into its own package and only truly mandatory dependencies are marked as mandatory.
