Installed from:    openSUSE RPMs

i'm on very unstable internet connection now
i'm downloading a big file from http
I have set to try to reconnect after 60 seconds but it doesn't work

when the connection is down the download stops and when it's up the download doesn't reconnect
i have to manually click stop and then start
it should reconnect automatically as it says in options
but it doesn't work
