Use the Group/Move To submenu of the popup menu of a contact to move it to an other group. This submenu contains radio buttons with the names of the groups. If you want to move an other contact, the item you clicked on the previous time (that is, where you moved a contact the last time) is selected. If you click on it, by the nature of radio buttons, nothing happens. Thus you cannot move more than one contact into the same group this way.
