What I was doing when the application crashed:
when I start amarok script manager my desktop and taskbar (plasma-desktop) disappear. When I close the manager and write to the console plasma-desktop reappear my desktop and taskbar, but amarok no longer appears in the notification area of kde but that is only in the taskbar.
