Version:           2.2.1.90 (using 4.3.4 (KDE 4.3.4) "release 2", KDE:43 / openSUSE_11.2)
Compiler:          gcc
OS:                Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.31.5-0.1-desktop

If I change the the Cover Icon in the playlist (via right mouse button (album -> cover or meta data change and on the first page do the cover change) it was sometimes not changed in the database or was changed and after a view minutes it is the old (false one). 

But automatic album cover download is in amarok settings deactivated. 

The error is manly in directory's with many different songs, artists and albums (also many covers are in this path).
