Actually subject says it all, audacious (winamp-like player) is "split" to its subwindows (main, eq and playlist) during alt-tab. Maybe some other apps are affected too. This is a regression compared 3.5 when it was considered as single window.

Are the subwindows shown in the taskbar and/or pager?

Thanks for a quick response. They are shown on pager, but luckily they are presented as a single window on taskbar. This is possibly related to: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=171192
