1. The target address could be like http://userbase.kde.org/KOffice/File_Formats.

Please note one thing: I propose to limit use of the developer oriented "filter" term and use "supported file format" instead everywhere.

2. Subpage to convert: http://koffice.org/old/filters/1.6/
Target: http://userbase.kde.org/KOffice/File_Formats/KOffice_1.6_File_Formats

3. Subpages of http://koffice.org/old/filters/1.6/, e.g. http://koffice.org/old/filters/1.6/kword/abiword.php can be converted OPTIONALLY - it is quite a lot of work.

BTW, we could base the further information on file formats of the 2.x series on the converted old formats information.
