Description willem 2009-12-15 12:02:13 UTC
Application that crashed: kopete
Version of the application: 0.80.2
KDE Version: 4.3.4 (KDE 4.3.4)
Qt Version: 4.5.3
Operating System: Linux 2.6.27.31.tex5 i686
Distribution: "PCLinuxOS"

What I was doing when the application crashed:
Just opened it as usual and just after logging in it crashed away. I recently was fighting a recent problem of the webcam working but not connecting to others (using Yahoo, no invitation would work). Distro PCLinuxOS/Kde4.4.x Hope you can fix this. Regards.

Hello, maybe attached snapshot gives a extra clue?
I can also tell that webcam support seems dead here. All works (camera
shows up) but no invitation is been seen at the other party's end, while
no "accept" message is seen here anymore if one offers to view their
cam. Hence using the webcam became a no go. This problem is not isolated
to my box but some friends running the same OS (PCLinuxOS) report the
same problems.
