Description Sputnik 2009-12-15 10:40:36 UTC
Version: 1.0.0 rc1 (using KDE 4.3.4)
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages

I tried to import images to Digikam with a scanner.

1) After each scan Digikam opens a save-dialogue and offers me to save the single image in my home folder.

What I expected:
I expected that digikam should at least know the folder from where I started the import (as it already does while importing from camera/mass storage etc.)

2) Digikam also offers only the name "image" for the scan.

I expected that this would be similar to the naming interface of the camera import.

Thanks!

1/ Fixed in trunk

2/ Advanced rename code from digiKam core is not shared with kipi-plugins... Sorry...
