Installed from:    Mandriva RPMs

When clicking on the menu lancelot menu button first the outline of the menu appears filled with an ugly greenish cyan content before eventually the content is drawn. On faster systems this is not very noticeable (but still noticeable) but on slower systems (eg p4 2.4GHz nvidia 6600GT) it is.

this is probably the same bug that has been reported against kickoff and nearly all other popups in plasma

Maybe but for me the appearance of classic and even kickoff seems much smoother

classic menu is a completely different thing - it is not plasma-based, and kickoff is only partially plasma-based.

The reason this bug is more noticeable in Lancelot is that it is far more complex to draw, so it is slower.

Fixed as far as it goes. Not much more to do unfortunately :(
