If one clicks on an email in the inox its contents is displayed in the preview pane. If one then clicks on "inbox", i.e. the current folder, in the folder-tree the preview pane is blanked. Clicking on the still selected email in the message view does not display its contents again but one has to change to another email/folder and back.

Expected:

- Do not blank preview if one clicks on the current folder.
- Show email's content in the preview pane when clicking on it.

Thank you for taking the time to file a bug report.

KMail2 was released in 2011, and the entire code base went through significant changes. We are currently in the process of porting to Qt5 and KF5. It is unlikely that these bugs are still valid in KMail2.

We welcome you to try out KMail 2 with the KDE 4.14 release and give your feedback.
