Version: 0.8 (using 4.3.2 (KDE 4.3.2), Debian packages) Compiler: cc OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.32-0.slh.6-sidux-686 An option I really miss in kmenuedit is a search box or some search option at all. I just installed an application and could find it in kickoff with its search box but kickoff doesn't show me where the entry is. So I had to go (once again, it's not the first time) to a lot of subcategories in kmenuedit to search for the entry (to adjust it). A simple search box or search with Ctrl-F would facilitate that.

i propose to add too in the kickoff → right click on an entry → edit menu entry in kmenuedit. I dont remember very well but in KDE 3.5 there was a similiar feature

@#2: I like that idea. Shouldn't it go into a separate wishlist entry?
