There are 2 buttons where I can get more or less options to select: "More tag options" and "More publication options" When klicking on one of these two, the labels don't change to "Less tag options" or "Less publication options" respectively.

No, it is still present in trunk, but it should be easy to fix, therefore it was labeled as a junior job. Note that if you want to compile recent kipi-plugins code, IIRC you need a libkexiv2 which is newer than the one in KDE 4.4. Michael
