Version: (using KDE 4.3.1) OS: Linux Installed from: openSUSE RPMs Trough "Kickoff Application Launcher" system->file manager-> file manager-super user mode root password Dolphin opens in SU mode. When trying to open (example) fstab with kwrite Dolphin come back with a warning window saying (header) sorry Dolphin, (text) KDEinit could not launch '/usr/bin/kwrite' This bug is highly annoying if you want to chance anything within the system. Work around: copy file to the user space, modify and copy back.
