Description Ingo Stierand 2009-12-07 17:51:38 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.3.4)
OS: Linux
Installed from: openSUSE RPMs

The system monitor network plasmoid freezes sometimes.
My feeling is that this happens whenever the traffic is (nearly) 100% for such a period such that the whole paint area is filled.
Well, I will upload a screenshot to see what I mean.

This happens to me as well. The workaround I found is that if right-click on the widget and go to its settings and then clicking OK (no need to change anything), the widget redraws itself and start to work properly.

Well, this workaround works for me, too. Thanks.
btw, clicking Cancel doesn't work.

Is this still happening in newer versions of kde?

Thanks for asking. I am currently working with 4.7.3 and I cannot remember that this has shown up here again.
