Bugs 210503 and 211225 seem to reflect a more general desire for configurability with respect to the automatic closing of the krunner window. Such configuration options might include:

- close when focus lost (210503)
- close when empty input submitted (211225)
- only close krunner window with an explicit close request

The last configuration option suggested above is included since, I suspect, many users use krunner frequently. Why not allow the option of leaving krunner up 'persistently' rather than requiring them to open it for each use?
